Dr. Charles Noplis is a highly skilled psychiatrist who has been in the field for more than ten years. He began his journey at the University of Kentucky where he received his B.S. in Biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001. He then went on to attend the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree in 2008.
In 2012, he finished his Residency Program at the University of Louisville Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Noplis received his ABPN Board Certification in Psychiatry in 2013, and additionally his ABPM Board Certification in Addiction Medicine in 2019.
In May of 2017, he became the CEO and President of Noplis Psychiatry, and since the beginning of 2020 has served at Seven Counties Services as an outpatient provider. Dr. Charles Noplis also holds several professional memberships, including the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
